Yellowstone National Park

We just returned from a wonderful and relaxing trip to Yellowstone. It is our favorite place to go. We stay at a place called Campfire Lodge. We usually pull our trailor up but with the price of gas we thought it would probably be "sixes" on the price if we rented one of their little cabins. So that's what we did and I'm telling you that is the way to camp!. . . Of course it's not really camping when you have running water a shower and a bathroom and full kitchen but I'll admit it. . . that's my kind of camping! We saw 4 or 5 bears this trip which was unusual but very exciting. The fishing was horrible, I don't think any of a got one bite. But we learned a new card game called Rage and it was so much fun!! We played it almost every night. . . Anyone up for a game?

Looks like you guys had a blast! What a beautiful place to vacation! I'm with you on the whole camping thing....not a huge fan of roughing it.

So fun! And I'd gladly stay in a cabin over anything else too. ;)

Beautiful Yellowstone-glad you all had a great time! I'd take camping in a cabin over a trailer or tent anytime.

I love being one with nature...and of course having a shower everyday isn't anything to complain about either! Looks like a fun family vacation!
