Trippin'

Saydie and I are going to Chicago this week with her dance group! I am so excited. . . not for the cold weather but to spend time with her. We also heard from Chris that he had another baptism and is doing well in his new area. We are so proud of him and all the hard work he is doing. Not much of an update but I will post more after we return from our trip.

Hmmm... 6th folder, 6th picture. . .Ok so this is really funny! I am so anal about organizing my photos (because I have to be right?) so I go to my picture folder and I start out with one folder. I open that folder and then there are 5 folders (no lie)So I decide I will go to the first folder--open it 1 folder. Ok lets try the second folder--open it 3 folders. Third folder --open it 2 folders! Fourth folder--opening....5 folders arggggg! Fifth folder--open it yay!! 7 folders so I go to the sixth and open the sixth picture... I mean 4th picture because there were only four in the folder and I wasn't going through anymore folders! And I know you are totally laughing because this is the one that came up.... I sware, no lie. It's a little bit different than my last pic (a different angle) and at the time I was learning some new techniques in photoshop and just playing around. So a new twist on the same flower..... ta da!!! I tag Tara, Heather, Lisa, Angie, Holly, and Jen. . . you're it!

I want Spring!!!

Well since I can't have Spring. . . yet, here is picture from my garden from last Spring! It cheers me up to know it is coming sooon! Wow, I can' believe how time flies!! In just a few weeks, Chris will have been on his mission for a year already! There are times when we have missed him a lot, but he is doing so well and really loving the people that it makes it easier!

Since it has been cold outside and I absolutely hate to go out in the cold, lol!!! I have been catching up on a lot of the new series, like Lost and CSI Miami (although I really don't like Horatio, he is just "too cool" for his sunglasses) and Medium, just a few of my favorites. I usually don't watch a lot of T.V. because I just don't have time and it seems like such a waste of brain power, haha! But sometimes it is nice to make a bowl of popcorn and just veg out!! So those of you who love winter, you better enjoy it while you can because it won't be here for long....woohoo!!!!
